Within a group of 6 other women, we will share in the exquisite practice of tantric dance, infused and supported by time to soften, move, deepen, and be held in the sacred warm water pool.
We'll begin inside the temple, with tantric embodiment and movement meditation, then shift together into the waters, where we'll continue the movement into deep feminine embodiment, both in our own space, and then as we are held suspended in the weightless timelessness of the water, in attentive, loving support from our sisters.
We will return to "land" inside the temple, for the full practice of witness dance, bringing the softness, sensuality, grace, and subtle embodiment of the Waters into our dance, capturing, cultivating, and surrendering to the deep feminine Way of the waters within and without.
ABOUT TANTRIC DANCE:
Tantric Dance is a deep womb-based transformational practice that guides us women into the earthy, primal, divine core of our beings. The dance invites us to embrace all of who we are as Living Goddesses, to fall in love with our glorious temple bodies, our supreme shakti power, our complex and magical nature and ultimately to live the juicy, radiant, radically present and beautiful lives we are here to live.
